Jessica Christensen FCIMSPA(ch)

Founder and Director of MAVERICKS Academy, Jessica Christensen teaches you to understand your body while improving your fitness and wellbeing.

Jessica has 15+ years teaching sports science and human performance training, an MSc in Environment & Human Health, and she is a Fellow with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sports and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). Her full credentials can be found on the CIMSPA registered members directory.

Jessica's certifications include: Harvard Medical HMX Physiology, Anatomy and Physiology Advanced Level 4, TQUK Level 3 Award in Education & Training (RQF), YMCA Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing,  Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, Anatomy Trains, Fascia Pilates, Vivobarefoot Barefoot Movement Coach, Ecology Diploma Level 3, and accredited program with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), EREPS and USCCE.
